Affordable housing for Thousand Oaks developers will remain at zero
Fees developers have to pay into Thousand Oaks’ Affordable Housing Fund were waived for a third year in a row this week. The City Council voted 3-1 to keep the fees levied on commercial and residential developers at zero because of current economic conditions.
