Foreclosure numbers rise in Milwaukee
New housing numbers show the foreclosure crisis is not getting any better. In Wisconsin, a record number of foreclosures were filed in the month of September. Information from the Madison based Foreclosure.com has some wondering if the housing crisis is getting better or worse.
