Foreclosure rates rise after short respite
Foreclosures dropped in Montgomery County last month after a flurry of allegations and lawsuits about shoddy filing practices caused four major lenders to suspend new filings.But a Dayton Daily News examination shows the pace of foreclosures is gathering steam again in a region that is among the most hard-hit in Ohio.
