Hawaii foreclosure bill gives homeowners options
An overhaul of Hawaii’s foreclosure laws that includes a dispute resolution process has passed the Hawaii Legislature. Lawmakers in the state House and Senate voted Tuesday to approve the bill and send it to Gov.
