RealtyTrac: Foreclosure Filings Fall 7% In June, Edges Up In Q2
RealtyTrac, an online marketplace for foreclosure properties, Thursday said foreclosure filings declined both year-over-year and sequentially in June. However, foreclosure filings for the second quarter were slightly higher than in the year-ago period, although it declined 4% from the previous quarter.
