UK Government is going to stop the financial assistance for the mortgage borrowers from October 2010. This will surely have an effect on the Mortgage industry. Rate of repossession may go high.
Chances are more people will try to sell their houses in order to avoid repossession. Open housing market might crash. How to handle the situation? Any idea?

LOL, it already did. Most of the dead beat foreclosures are done. They stopped giving loans to dead beats a couple of years ago. The sub-prime people have already either stepped up to the plate and became decent people who pay their own way in life or they have already been weeded out of the ownership they did not deserve in the first place.
This is not going to negatively impact us, less government spending is a good thing, not bad.
