What should a person who wants to buy a house do?

What should a person who is single makes $30,000 a year, has a very poor credit score of about 500, had a foreclosure and a repossession, but does not have any debt be doing now if they want to buy a house a year from today?

  1. A. You need 3 years out of a foreclosure before you will be qualified to buy again

    B. You should get with a REAL credit repair company that can help you try to fix some of the items on your credit that have gone bad

    C. You should re establish your credit ASAP by getting some secured credit cards and an installment loan.

    Do those things and you’ll be on the right path

  2. Take several local realty agents out to lunch; separately. Tell them that you want them to call you if they find a desperate seller who needs to sell in 1 day. Tell them about your credit upfront. Someone will sell to you.
