Foreclosure suit filed against Cleveland City Council Majority Leader Phyllis Cleveland
One of Cleveland’s most power powerful politicians has joined the thousands of city residents caught in the undertow of the foreclosure crisis. Chase Home Finance LLC on Monday filed a foreclosure lawsuit against Cleveland City Councilwoman Phyllis Cleveland for her home on East 36th Street.
