  1. Was a bank owned (foreclosure) property. A side by side duplex. It was for sale the East (right) side sold for $165,000. An extremely good price. Why? It is not a conforming lot for a duplex. Meaning if the house is destroyed more than 50% in any event (fire, wind, tree falling on it, hurricane, anything) then only a single family structure can be rebuilt not a duplex.
