The owner of a local mortgage company is about to lose three of his homes to foreclosure. The notice came as a surprise to some of his renters, but what is really shocking is what’s happening at one of the homes.

I do not drink, i do not do drugs,I am a home schooling mother with one of my children getting her PhD. My Ex husband and I have fully paid for two home prior to the purchase and loss of our last home. I have grown and fed many American people with wholesome organic food. My ex husband has created work for many men, has paid state insurances, taxes etc. We lost our home when deflation happened because we moved during a time of inflation. watch freedom to fascium.

Home ownership is a privilege, and if you can no longer afford it man up, downsize and live within your means. This dude has some serious anger issues with a tantrum of this scale. The bank might be able to file a separate civil action for the damages, but I doubt they’d see a dime, same as with his mortgage payment.
Most people are stupid and live in their own little worlds and people that think it’s the banks fault because they couldn’t make their payment to a loan they chose to create and misplace their emotions and actually believe it’s right to destroy the property of others because of their failure! What it does show is what animals people are and the truth about many people! Now think of that and why the tip of the pyramid doesn’t value much of the mass nor care, think honestly on that one!!
americans will always be dumb enough to pay 500.000 for a 150.000 loan than you bust your ass and if your lucky enough to pay it off one day taxes for the rest of your life dont pay those lose your home so in a sense you really never own a home just in your dimwitted imagination

Why is everyone mad at the banks? he took out a loan he couldn’t fucking pay for. Now the bank will lose a lot of money by auctioning and this asshole as just devalued his neighbors house greatly due to the foreclosure and him trashing. It’s not his house yet he is destroying it, he should be locked up. And stop blaming the banks, banks gave you a couple hundred grand, and what you don’t expect to pay them with interest. Banks aren’t making money off of foreclosures you socialist assholes.

Some owners totally trash their foreclosed properties. HUD homes use to be the worse. This is nothing new.
People are so quick to blame the banks. Some of these problems are brought on by the purchaser wanting something for nothing like 0 Down Interest Only Loans, Adjustable Arms, and Owner Refinancing. All of these result in higher mortgage payments. Most loans require maintaining the property in the loan paperwork, so the man may end up with more legal issues than just foreclosure.

I’m a Home owner of 11 years. I pay my mortgage and things are fine. But these banks are going to make 122,000 profit off of my sweat by the time my mortgage is done. They have held control of things for over 300 years. Instead of foreclosing on us they should help us restructure and rebuild our lives. But they look for profits, we matter not.
They sell our homes to vultures. Don’t go down quietly, squeaky wheel gets the grease
