  1. visit preservationcure . com and fill out the application under the vendor tab to become a vendor and start servicing REOs like these.

  2. This seems to me as if they left in a hurry and not that they trashed it. Whatever fell & they did nt think was valuable they just left. I was in this situation was given till Dec 6 to move but was locked out way b4 this date & was told by the sheriff to break in but I did not hear it from him. But I can guarantee some of these trashings r related to what I went through. I probably could have sued but I decided to just move on. It is a stressful enuf situat. Why risk possible jail time.

I agree 100%. They should have used a sledge hammer and broke all the toilets, knock holes in every room and on the ceiling. Also let the tub overflow so that it leaks through the ceiling downstairs. Break every window and mirror in the house. Remove all the light switches and smoke detectors and cut the wires. I would have smeared shit all over the walls. Fill the air conditioner with cement mix. Fuck the banks.

  4. The evicted homeowner forgot to take a sledge hammer to all the toilets in the house. They also forgot to knock big ass holes in the wall and leave the water running in the tube so that it could destroy the ceiling downstairs. You have to know how to sock it to the banks really good.

  5. @bcn1211 If you mean “SHIT”, as in garbage, we have a dumpster in the back of our RV Park. If you are talking about “SHIT”, as in fecal matter, we have a toilet in our RV. We even have a shower/bathtub. Although, I would only recommend that those under 3 feet tall try and take a bath. We also have a public restroom. I hope that this information has been of some use to you. Peace

  6. Jeeze, if they had just stayed away from Wal Mart and stopped buying all that cheap crap I see laying around, they may have been able to pay the mortgage.

  7. What is your point of Posting this! They were Foreclosed on and Pissed! “YEAH” it’s Shitty to do but “OH WELL!”

  8. well they think well I am geting thrown out on the streets I will take what I can and just leave all the rest of the trash on the floor just let them clean it up

  9. They should have done more damage than they did. They should have torn it up beyond recognition. I hate banks, they make people homeless. Just corporate America trying to take the American Trap from hard working blue collar folks. I am so thankful that I never got trapped in the “American Dream”. I live in a RV and get to enjoy a $1,000,000 without a mortgage and without being on the verge of foreclosure.

Thank you for giving me another good idea. If I lose my home, after I fuck it up beyond recognition, I will remove all the door knobs and locks so squatters can come in and lay claim.

  11. Oh I will fuck up my house worse than this if the bank tries to take it back. I have big plans and a long list. LET THE GAMES BEGIN BITCHES..AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHH

  12. Alot of foreclosed owners trash the house in spite. This is not news, its gravity. Everywhere all the time.

  13. OMG! who trashed the home?? I guess once the owners were evacuated and locked out, people in the town came by and did this??
